Association Dues
How much are the association dues?
The monthly maintenance dues are $160.00, due by the end of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to Country Village HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168. Remember to include your name and the address of your property on your payment. Please note that there is a $20 late fee for any payments received after the end of the month.
What forms of payment are available?
Country Village accepts checks and money orders.
Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.
General Questions
What day is trash picked up?
Trash is picked up Monday by Waste Management. Two heavy items are allowed each month, picked up on your regular trash pick-up day.

How do I use the Swimming Pool or rent the Clubhouse?
The swimming pool and clubhouse, located on the corner of Valley Farms Road and Eagle Valley Pass, are owned and operated by your neighbors at Western Homeowners Association. Country Village residents are welcome to join. Please call Sentry Management at 317-251-9393 ext 212 for membership, prices, dates, and reservations.
