Sandpiper Bay Homeowners Association is located just east of Michigan Road and 96th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our 88 homes (in 14 buildings) are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Sandpiper Bay Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group.

Association Dues
 
- How much are the association dues?- The monthly maintenance dues are $225.00, due by the first of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to Sandpiper Bay HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168. Remember to include your name and the address of your property on your payment. Please note that there is a $20 late fee for any payments received after the end of the month. 
- What forms of payment are available?- Sandpiper Bay accepts checks and money orders. - Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.

- What day is trash picked up?- Trash is picked up Thursday by Waste Management. - How do I use the Swimming Pool or rent the Clubhouse?- Pool hours are 9am - 9pm. The pool is for owners and their guests only. All guests MUST be accompanied by an owner. No lifeguard is on duty. All homeowners have been assigned two pool keys. Replacement keys are available for a fee.
