Waterford Lakes Homeowners Association is located at Highway 36 and Dan Jones Road in Avon, Indiana. Our 106 homes (in 53 buildings) are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group.

The Clubhouse
Rent out the clubhouse for a reunion, reception, or meeting.
1) Call the management office at 317-837-9860 to reserve a date.
2) Download, fill-out, and send in the reservation form to Waterford Lakes HOA, P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168, along with a $75.00 check for the rental fee, and a separate $75.00 check for the deposit. Please note, if you wish to set-up/decorate the day prior to your event, there is an additional $25.00 fee.
3) Make arrangements to pick up the clubhouse keys with Maggie Jones- 317-408-9884

Association Dues
How much are the association dues?
The monthly maintenance dues are $180.00, due by the end of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to Waterford Lakes HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168. Please note that there is a $20 late fee for any payments received after the end of the month.
What forms of payment are available?
Waterford Lakes accepts checks and money orders.
Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.

What day is trash picked up?
Trash is picked up every Thursday by Ray's Trash, through the Town of Plainfield.
