Westover Woods Homeowners Association is located at Highway 36 and Dan Jones Road in Avon, Indiana. Our 63 condos are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group.

Association Dues
How much are the association dues?
The monthly maintenance dues are $150.00, due at the first of each month. Checks and money orders may be made out to Westover Woods HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 986, Plainfield, IN 46168. Remember to include your name and the address of your property on your payment.
What forms of payment are available?
Westover Woods accepts checks and money orders.
Automatic payments from your bank account (or ACH Payments) can be arranged through the management office. In order to sign up, Download the ACH Signup Sheet, fill it out and then mail, email or fax it to the property manager, along with a voided check.
